Periodically detoxing the body with Yoga helps you shed unnecessary layers – mental, physical and spiritual. All levels of yogis are welcome to bring out your radiant inner healthy self with this on-going workshop designed specifically to reduce and remove toxins, create heat and replenish the soul. Instructed by Swee Seng, who is certified with Yoga works and registered with Hatha Yoga Institute from India. Enjoy to hours of fun, sweat and deep relaxation. Don’t worry, it’s not that advanced but you will work! Some prior knowledge of yoga is recommended. What to expect: We will begin with pranayama,- deep breathing exercises that reduce the toxins from the body and help develop our concentration and focus while reducing toxic stress. Followed by a Kundalini Yoga practice to warm the body, including twists, hip openers and forward folds to cleanse, purify & stretch the digestive organs. Winding down to restorative poses to replenish and restore fresh energy to the body/mind and finishing with a postive affirmation chakra clearing mediation during a peaceful Savasana (final relaxation).
